As we approach the holiday season, we are reflecting on what has been a very busy few months at FLYR. We continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern airline retailing, with the official launch of our open and modular Offer and Order Management System and key partnerships that are set to redefine the passenger experience and modernize airline operations. Here’s a quick recap of our latest milestones:
FLYR Unveils Offer & Order Management System (OOMS)

In September, FLYR officially introduced our groundbreaking Offer & Order Management System (OOMS), designed to revolutionize airline retailing. Our OOMS empowers airlines to move beyond legacy Passenger Service Systems (PSS), enabling them to streamline operations, boost revenue, and personalize the traveler experience. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time data, our OOMS offers a modern digital retailing platform that is flexible, scalable, and compatible with both new and legacy technology.
Key features include:
- Dynamic Offers: Airlines can deliver tailored offers to passengers using AI-powered segmentation.
- Seamless Shopping Cart Experience: Customers can manage all their travel needs—flights, ancillaries, and third-party services—in one place.
- Modular & Open Standards: Built on IATA’s ONE Order and NDC standards, OOMS allows airlines to innovate at their own pace while maintaining compatibility with older systems.
For travelers, this means a more flexible, personalized shopping experience, while airlines can quickly introduce new products and services, such as fare families and third-party offers. This system also supports inventory management, third-party integrations, and distribution across multiple channels, transforming how airlines manage customer journeys.
FLYR & IBM Partnership: Transforming Airline Retailing

We’re thrilled to have announced a strategic collaboration with IBM Consulting. Together, we are helping airlines transition from outdated legacy systems to a state-of-the-art digital retailing platform. Combining IBM’s expertise in system transitions and FLYR’s innovative technology, this partnership will enable airlines to deliver seamless, personalized travel experiences, scale operations efficiently, and drive sustainable growth.
Riyadh Air Collaboration: Powering the World’s First Digitally-Native Airline

FLYR is working with Riyadh Air to launch the world’s first fully digitally-native airline. Riyadh Air will leverage FLYR’s complete Offer & Order Management System to deliver a seamless shopping cart experience that integrates flights, ancillaries, and third-party services in one place. This partnership sets a new standard for the airline industry, demonstrating how modern technologies can create a more responsive, personalized travel experience for passengers.
As part of our collaboration with Riyadh Air, FLYR’s open and modular approach includes the support of several technology partners. For example, Sabre is delivering pricing ‘science’ (Revenue Management) for Riyadh Air, including generating optimal pricing recommendations and discount strategies.

On the Hospitality side of our business, we announced a major upgrade to our popular business intelligence platform. The new edition of FLYR Hospitality Insights is designed to revolutionize how hotel revenue managers, commercial teams, and management companies interact with and analyze their performance data.
The update maintains the customization, granularity, data freshness and automated report distribution capabilities that users of FLYR Hospitality Insights know and love, while adding new tools that provide unmatched flexibility and usability. FLYR Hospitality Insights now includes a range of advanced features to streamline data exploration, simplify reporting processes, and improve the overall user experience.
Each of these moments have marked major milestones in FLYR’s journey of growth, all supported by our $295M Series D capital raise this year.
