How would you describe yourself?

What do you do at FLYR?
I’m a Technical Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team. We’re the first impression when it comes to introducing FLYR, so we try to provide the best candidate experience and build positive relationships.
How do you spend your free time?
I love trying new restaurants, going to the beach and watching a good sunset. My favorite indoor activities include reading and going to the gym. I love learning new things so I’ve picked up sewing, crocheting, and biking too!
Jiawei Xu

How would you describe yourself?
I’m a builder, for both software and (IKEA) furniture. I’m a numbers nerd; data, excel sheets and mathematics formulas are my buddies.
What do you do at FLYR?
I’m a full stack engineer on the Ancillaries team and we are part of the Revenue Management group. On a normal day I spend my time building new features or enhancing the existing functionalities of the Ancillaries RM application, and whenever needed, I also wear my data engineer’s hat and jump on data work – which I would only describe as an ideal mix of both for myself.
How do you spend your free time?
When I’m not home, you can find me in the mountains hiking or snowboarding depending on the season. When I stay indoors I enjoy hanging out with my cats.

How would you describe yourself?
I love working with like-minded people and delivering projects together with a skilled team. Creating new products, helping to solve non-trivial problems, and providing high quality are the things that motivate me.
What do you do at FLYR?
I am a manager and also a software developer on the MarTech team. Together with my colleagues, we are creating the best tool on the market to support airline marketing activities.
How do you spend your free time?
In my spare time I’m an organiser – I’m a co-founder of PyWaw meetup, which brings together Python developers from Warsaw and the surrounding area. Additionally, I am the chairman of the Warsaw Go Club – where together with my colleagues we play and promote the old Chinese game Go.
